I have a holiday coming up. I have two months to lose one stone.

Does anyone want to join?

Oh and I'll be buying some new batteries for my scales this morning so I can weigh in tomorrow.

I ate nothing until 7pm yesterday then had a proper dinner with lots of veg and just watermelon for pud and have lost 2lbs in 24 hours. I know this isn't sustainable but is a kick start.

Well done @mumblechum0

I forgot the batteries. I'll have to get them after nap time!

I can do really well all day and then shovel down 3 slice of cake during evening cluster feeds Blush

MFP Tells me I'm getting no way near enough protein. Anyone got any ideas of how to easily/cheaply up intake without wolfing down whole pack of cooked chicken?!

How about eggs? You could hard boil a couple and stick them in the fridge for a grab-able snack or whizz up some scrambled if you have more time.

Ahh perfect thank you @Leakinglikeacolander!
