I am starting on Monday. I met my consultant yesterday. How are you finding it?

BettySwollocksandaCrustyRack · 17/06/2019 09:43

Selfcare it's ok. Got my first weigh in tonight and I've stuck to it totally so will just see what the scales say.Takes some getting used to but overall week 1 hasn' been too bad.

Good luck with yours today, maybe we can gee each other along:)

How are you doing on this? I’m on day 3 at only like the ready made shakes! Really struggling and wondering whether it is worth it or should I just have low cal healthy meals 😩

What step are you on Amy?I started o step 3 so its not too bad. I have tweeked things a bit and find if I have the porridge for breakfast and the soup for lunch I don't feel hungry. The first week is the worst as you need to get used to it but give it another week or two and then decide if you want to stick with it or not.Im getting used to it now and its been fine :)
