Help with healthy meal ideas

Really hoping someone can help me with some meal ideas. I had my daughter 4 months ago and I’ve put on so much weight. I hate how i look. I’m currently exercising 5 days a week for 20 mins. I’m doing hiit along with arm workouts and some core workouts to help me strengthen back up. The problem is I’m struggling with ideas for easy to make but healthy meals. My daughter only naps for 30 mins at a time so I’m really strapped for how much time I have to prep meals. I do have more time at night as she sleeps for longer. I’m not allergic to anything and I’ll eat pretty much anything. I don’t really eat a lot of meat though but use quorn in meat based meals. Tia

My daily commitments mean I don’t have much time to cook in the week, so I try to batch cook at the weekend, things like turkey mince chilli, veg curry, soups, frittata.

In the week, my go to meals will be any of the above with extra veg or salad, omelettes, stir fry (chicken or prawn), salmon and veg/salad etc.
