Exante shakes

I've bought a bundle of shakes in the hope of keeping to 800 cals a day for two weeks. I'm one day in and the first shake, strawberry was utterly grim.

Please tell me I'll get used to it. I ordered chocolate, strawberry and milk chocolate.

Are they all disgusting?

How are you getting on?

It's going to depend on personal preference, I personally like the strawberry, but some I like better than others.

I found them too sweet so would mix in a nutribullet blender with ice and extra water

I started Exante (again) on Thursday. I did it last year and lost half a stone in six weeks. I was rather disappointed with this.

I find the shakes to be fine as long as they are blended with ice. I have to say, I really don’t like the chocolate shakes though.

I’m finding it to be okay. I’m having a small meal in the evening plus two shakes in the day. This is so as not gain all the weight back once I return to solid food.

So far I think I have lost about 3lbs. Probably water weight but nevertheless, it still gives me a little boost.

I'm the same as you, I did exante last year, put some of what I lost back on and need to lose that again.

I also do 2 products a day, shakes with ice and my own 200-300 calorie meal.
