I need to lose 4 stone to hit my target. During term time i work as a dinner lady 12 noon till 2 p.m. and i'm struggling to find a meal plan that works. I have porridge or eggs for breakfast at 7.30 a.m.with the kids and tea is 6.30 p.m. However i'm usually hungry by 11 so snack on the way to work then snack on the way home. Any advice?
