Is anyone else struggling with a big belly? I’ve always been prone to it. My hips are a reasonable 37.5 inches but my belly at the roundest point is 39.5. My arms and legs are pretty toned. My bmi is almost 25, I’m trying to get on top of weight but my belly doesn’t budge. I’ve been calorie counting for two weeks.
I’d say whilst I haven’t done crunches I’m an active person, I walk, I cycle and generally move. I’ve started yoga in the last few weeks and also stuck to it daily. My belly is the bit that seems to stay, I can easily look pregnant in many outfits
