not read it but am about to buy it -- sounds exactly what I need...

It makes absolute sense to me - surprised no one here's read it. There's also a website www.beyondchocolate.co.uk

I have read it, but didnt like the way thay slated Paul Mckenna, and they pushed there very expensive meetings all the way through the book...which put me off alot..like you can do this...but you have to come our day to really do well.

franch · 21/07/2007 18:35

Haven't come across the paul mckenna stuff yet and don't feel pressured to do their workshops - also they say on their website if you can't afford them they will help out.

You may be right though - but I think the most important thing is the message makes sense. Have you found an alternative that works for you Divvy?

In the readers corner part ont he web site is where the PM bashing is. The password for it is in the book. Plus there are loads of down-loads to go with the book.

In answer to your question, its all the same thing, there are others books too, why limit yourself to just the one!]

Yes I have done it, but keep going back to dieting, which is not a bad thing, its part of the bigger plan really. As long as my weight is stable or losing, thats all that matters. Sometimes in life I cant do one, so do the other.

Hello, was reading about this today and was wondering if people had much luck with it or whether Paul Mckenna is the way to go? They have an e-course now so am thinking if I should sign up to this? Its £150 pounds so not cheap!

any advice appreciated.
