Alli tablets, Lighter Life or just keep going?

I've just done a search for threads about the tablets but couldn't find anything recent. I wondered if anyone has experience of taking these pills? Are they any good? Or just awful?

I'm SO desperate to shift weight and I'm wondering if they might give me a boost to get things going? I do exercise regularly and follow WW but I feel so overwhelmed by how much weight I need to lose.

My other idea is to give Lighter Life a go for a couple of months. Any experience of that?

I've also emailed a counsellor about tackling my issues round food. I need to take control!

Pills won't work rita why don't you low carb and add in some exercise - it really does work.

Look at Team RH on FB. Life changing.

All lighter life will do is circumvent the need to face up to eating normal, healthy food. You will still be hungry and you will still have to tackle your relationship with food, when you're done with it.

Will have a look at Team RH. I can’t really low carb because I’m vegetarian.

I know neither of those solutions are proper solutions but I am so tired of being fat. I just want to wear nice clothes and not embarrass my son.

Why not look at 5:2, then? It might be more flexible for you.

LighterLife really works, the weight comes off quickly and they offer free slimming clubs now. Maybe see if you have one near you? It's been great for me and much better than pills I''m sure x
