I am hoping someone here may be on Team RH Fitness and can give me some pointers.
I took the plunge and signed up today. I am on the app and facebook group and I get the macros, but have no idea how to translate that into what to eat! I can't seem to find any guidance on what sort of food (other than to go for nutrient dense).
I may just not be looking in the right place. Can anyone tell me where I am supposed to look or give me any pointers on how they make it work.
