pinkchick you sound like you're doing really well
I was naughty over the weekend, but I am back on the diet today, and am hitting it full on. Out are going the sarnies for lunch. In comes the salad. I WILL lose this weight it is starting to depress me now.
So todays menu is............
Breakfast - fruit and fibre(all eaten now!!!)
Lunch - salad
Dinner - Roast with loads of veg and a few potatoes.
I am gonna drink lots of water too.
