Wooohoooo i'm 12st 8lbs!!! and af arrived this morning so fingers crossed it's even more next week. Plus i was naughty over the weekend!

Am thinking I need to tighten the diet rules even more now so strict meal planning(yeah right)is essential!

We just post our weight on the new Lardy thread every Tuesday PC. On Thursday/Friday I send out a chart with everyones weight loss details on so we can all see how well everyone is doing.

You are welcome to join us - just post your email address (with spaces and without the @) and your weight here and I'll add you to the list

We all follow different plans - so pick one to suit you

ok then..embarrased to say i weight 16st 7lb, started eating healthier yesterday but helped out at dd's school today and it was her first school lunch preparing for recption, i had two chicken breast fillets in bread crumb(home made) a couple of chips(5-6, cant fit that many on those little plates and had a bowl of grapes for desert..so i try to follow slimming world, so ill have red day today, prob have mackeral for dinner tonight?

Good on ya Pinkchick, me and my friend went to one body combat class, then she went on her hols for 2 weeks and I didn't go by myself She'll be back next week so fingers crossed we'll start again

I had chip shop chips tonight[naughty] but I had nothing in for dinner and had to go shopping minus dcs, food shopping + 3 year old = headache>>>

I have food now so here comes tomorrow and my full on onslaught(sp) into my diet

thanks Eddas, i went and although i did feel like a spare part it was fab, i made the mistake of using the heaveir weights(filling up the water bottles instead of just puttin and inch or two of water in!) so my arms feel like ive been constantly punched in them..i think it was fab, my legs, arms, tummy all got a work out and i feel a few weeks of this plus not eating so much crap will really help me tone up and lose a bit of weight..gunna try and get one of the mums from dd's school to come with me when i see her this morn

I hate the day after exercise and the one after that normal is even worse. But at least you know it's done something if it aches

My first class a few weeks ago was body balance. A lot of balancing(as you'd imagine) and it was hard work, dh would tell you i'm not known for my balance,lol, but it wasn't really what I wanted. I'm thinking a bog standard aerobics class is best for me since the body combat thing made me feel silly as I punched like SUCH a GIRL

Anyway I will try to do one class a week as of next week

dd and mindee have been making scooby doo biscuits today and i said ooh ill have on ina bit..but when it came to the crunch..i didnt want one..i really really didnt WANT a choc biscuit with dollops of jam on!..for breaky ate alpen with sprinkle canderel and s.s milk, then for lunch ate p.i.s, some veggy/egg kinda omlette concoction my mum made with s.w chips and will eat som,ething along the GREEN DAY ;lines for dinner once ive been shopping, i might have apsta salad or something?..dead pleased with myself

Sorry ladies, I've been away with work this week so wasn't able to weigh in. I'm away this week to and am going to avoid weighing in as I haven't been behaving myself!!

I may step on the scales tomorrow just to see how naughty I've been!

ooh fab, i get an extra day!, prob is tho its end of pill pack tomorrow meaning this week i'll be retaining about 2-3lb..still will def keep it up as id love to have another 3 1/2 off next week to lose 1/2 st

pinkchick you sound like you're doing really well

I was naughty over the weekend, but I am back on the diet today, and am hitting it full on. Out are going the sarnies for lunch. In comes the salad. I WILL lose this weight it is starting to depress me now.

So todays menu is............

Breakfast - fruit and fibre(all eaten now!!!)
Lunch - salad
Dinner - Roast with loads of veg and a few potatoes.

I am gonna drink lots of water too.

well TBH i still ate what was already in cupboards, but i had no snacks an ate smaller amounts and thankfully it worked!, plus i think the aqua aerobics helped too
