fo weightloss. What is the point of them really? Do they stop you feeling hungry? Aren't I better off eating a tuna salad? Would it be worth giving them a go?

You are better off eating actual food, yes, but meal replacement drinks have their purpose for some people who need a very low calorie diet. They don't teach you how to eat proper healthy portions of good food, though.

You would be far better off working out your TDEE and a sustainable calorie deficit and eating real nutritious food within your allocated calories. Honestly. Don’t bother!

Forget about those stupid drinks. You need to learn to eat real, healthy food, what a proper portion REALLY is, and count your calories. No more than 1,200 a day.
