I've recently managed to lose enough weight to move from the "overweight" range of BMI for my height, to slap bang in the middle of the "healthy" range (so from moving from a BMI of 25.5 to 21).
Is this a good target weight to try to maintain do you think, or is it better to be at the lower end of the range of ensure the weight doesn't creep back on again?
I'm still only a size 10/12, so I don't feel particularly slim, and still have plenty of body fat left, particularly on my lower half, even though I've doing a lot of exercise to try and tone up (running and HITT circuits).
