Fitness help!

Hello, so I'm on SW to lose weight, overall have done well but not rocked the world! Have lost 16lbs but need to lose about 1.5-2 stone more to be healthy and happy!

I have started exercising, doing couch to 5k every other day, to compliment eating healthier. I lose weight slowly, so want to exercise to help boost this and just generally be healthier.

My problem - an old knee injury/problem is rearing its ugly head and my knees ache like mad after a session. What can I do to help my knees after so long without exercise (I am on week 3 but did week 2 twice so four weeks in). I have three children, the youngest who is now 14 months old, the other two are 8 and 9 years.

We have a cross training machine by the playground and a rowing machine, are there apps available to do an exercise plan on those that will help? Do not have time for the gym, but making time for 30-40 minutes a day/every other day!
