im 5ft 4 and weigh 10 st 6 and id want to lose a stone.

I tried it in the past and I lost weight - honestly though I could have achieved the same just calorie counting with MFP.

Mentor had no value - based in US and not very responsive.

I'm using Our Path now instead and already much more impressed
