I need to get a grip put on 7 lb in 6 weeks gutted but I'm the one who has done it to myself. So decided to start healthy eating and exercise on boxing day if I leave it till new year I'll be even more fat.

I started last last week. I just didn't want to put even more weight on over Christmas as I knew it would be a slippery slope so I am trying to make sensible choices with three meals a day and no snacking.

Lost 1kg already and feel so much better than just gorging myself on Christmas stodge.

Good luck with starting Boxing Day. Are you going to be following a particular diet approach?

I can put 7lb on in a much shorter period of time to that.

I'm not concerned though, I'm enjoying Christmas and will lose it all in January with discipline, so I'm enjoying the food at Christmas.

How is today going?

I'm starting today. A whole stone has crept on since July. Going to try and shift it within 8 weeks. I have a fat photo of me and a thin photo of me on the fridge.

It's going well so far back to doing my two work outs a day it's so hard though because I've had a good few weeks being lazy plus I'm heavier🙁🙁🙁🙁
