i am on cambridge diet which is practically the same thing except you go and see a cambruidge councellor

lost 12 lb in a week back in jan and am back on now, councellor says i can lose 3 stones in 3 months

there is a thread on here for cambridge, which might be good support if you go ahead withthe lipotrim as it is basically the same thing

With Lipotrim you can lose 1 stone a month , some chemists provide it with a support but it is £30 a week .

I am going to see my doctor this week for some advice as I have tried everytihng and am getting desperate now

i have just looked at the website for the camberidge , if you dont mind me asking what is the cost for the camberidge and do you just go and contact the councellor straight away without going through your doctor

hi with cambridge it is 32.50 a week (for women under 5,8) and you only need speak to your doctor if you have any health problems or are on ongoing medication. Apparently there are more flavours on cambridge too.

might be worth you checking it out

Just for info - big sister lost over 4 stone in a year on Lipotrim. Really tough but got results. 18 months later she'd regained almost half!!! She returned to her counsellor, who said most people will need to do it for a month every year. She's actually fine with that, and has got back to target weight. Now considering p surgery to get rid of excess skin. Need to loose about 3 stone myself, but really not willing to go to that extreme ... big sis swears by it though.

I am really depressed at the minute with my weight and just so unsure what to do .
I have tried so many different things . I just feel like locking myself away
