I like to ask around who lost good amount of weight in about 2-4 month without any major yo-yo effect for at least a year?
I'll start first : I did.
Time: 4 weeks
Weight lost : 32pounds
What I ate: lots of raw veggies, meat like turkey, chicken, fish, tuna up to 700kcal a day.
Daily bio, MSM, Proanths & Omega-G for breakfast.
What I did not eat : oil, sugar, carbs
Also I didn't eat after 6pm until next day 10am ( beside my morning shake).
In between 2 green apples.
What changed: No diabetes type 2 anymore!! Blood pressure &Cholesterins down to normal level, super firm skin and great figure! All in all feeling super healthy!
