Has anyone done ii can make you thin or emotional eating or any of of his weight loss book? Are you doing it? Or are thinking of doing it?
Calling Pmkers. There was a very lively series of threads about it on mumsnet the last one fizzled out May this year
Did it work or not for you? , if it worked why did it work? If it didn't work why not

Sorry I'm writing this on my phone without my glasses

I'm thinking of doing PMK I can make you thin and reading through the last thread there seemed to be a fair few doing it and there was a lot of support and advice. I'm wondering where those people are now and how they're doing and there's anyone wants to make a new thread.

I was just wondering if there was a recent thread after looking at an archived one. I started 2 1/2 weeks ago. I lost 4 or 5 lb at the 2 week weigh in. I can't be sure because I didn't weigh just before starting and he's not a great fan of weighing daily or weekly. It has already made me realise that some things are less appealing when eaten slowly, particularly mushy textures. I find it difficult to notice the full signal and am probably underdoing my meal sizes sometimes as a result, but am hoping it gets more obvious as I go along.
