Hi everyone, I'd love to hear your opinions on this.
I am Italian and I have been eating pasta once a day for most of my life. I usually cook the sauce from scratch and I go for veg-based sauces like tomato sauce.
I am now trying to shed a couple of pounds and tone up, so I started working out quite seriously and I am cutting out refined sugar.
Do you think I should also give up on having pasta every day, or is it totally fine to consume it daily, provided I make sure my diet is in general balanced and healthy?
