I've used it and occasionally still do, it makes you go to the toilet and I'm talking the number twos here if you get me!!

Think it works, although on a diet and exercising anyway so not 100%.

I've noticed the toilet bit .

Just wondered if it was worth the urgency I feel about an hour after eating lol
