A friend at work has been using this and has has lost 10kg and it has really reset her relationship with food and alongside exercise she is living a much healthier life.

I just wandered if anyone on here had used it and how you found it.

A friend is on this, well Victoza (liraglutide)for her diabetes and has lost three stone. She says for the first time in her life she no longer lives for food. She still enjoys food but can stick to three meals a day and isn’t bothered by snacks. She said food used to dominate her thoughts, no longer. Hilariously (and ironically) she is now slightly judgemental of people eating too much.
My worry is what happens when she comes off it.

Also to mention there have been worrying side effects in mice ... read up on it.

My uncle and my dad both have lost over 7 stone since xmas this was on Victoza
My neighbour has been taking Saxenda and has lost over 15 lbs in around 5 weeks
My uncle and dad now only inject about twice a week which keeps their weigh level
You can get it privately on line with a private prescription but it’s expensive about£350 for 5 pens which could last you anything from 1 months to five months depending on how much you inject and if you do it daily or not
