I've been looking at how much you have lost lunarsea and you have done incredibly well. I don't eat meat anyway, slimming world green days only have worked pretty well for me in the past. I am cutting down on the drink, I used to be a half bottle of wine every night girl with extra at weekends (which of course start on a Thursday and end on a Sunday ) but for three weeks before I went away (just got back from a fortnight in France) I went teetotal and lost 3lb very easilt. But now there is the problem of all the lovely lovely wine in the house! I am just going to drink one night a week, which may change depending on circumstances.
Do you so any exercise?
