Couldn’t see another thread on this, but I’m planning on TTC for our first baby in a few months and would like to lost weight beforehand to get myself as healthy as possible! Weighed myself this morning and my weight has crept up over summer (too much rose!) to 15st 1lb which is shocking (I’m 5’10). This is the heaviest I’ve ever been and ideally would love to get back down to 12st, but know that’s unrealistic in 3 months. However if anyone else would like to join me in trying to get fit for TTC that would be great!
Downloaded MyFitnessPal again and will start running again to hopefully kick things off!
