Hi
I have loads of weight to loose I have tried slimming clubs in the past and did ok before I had last two dd's but the weight has crept back on and more so now I want to try the cambridge diet, I want to know what you actually have a day I know its loads of water and meal replacements but if someone could tell me what you have or what choices there are in your first week, when you start to reintroduce proper food, how others have found it, recipes and tips etc and give me any advice at all I would really appreciate it. I am a classic picker mainly in the evenings, popcorn, crisps, biscuits etc and I have at least 90lbs to loose
there are no slimming groups anywhere near me here in france so I would really appreciate any support others can give me
thanks

three milkshakes/soups per day plus up to 4 litres of water - 415 calories.
repeat each day for 4 weeks.
on week 5 add in spoonful of green veg and sliver of chicken/tofu/spoonful of cottage cheese.
Repeat until BMI is 25.
Then add in more food gradually at the same time as cutting back on the shakes/soups (following the guidelines).
It's hard - it works, but is hard.
You're only supposed to get the shakes/soups from a counsellor though, not sure how it works in France.
PLenty of flavours, personally I find the soups a bit rank, but then I'm happy with my chocolate mint shakes . There are also bars wih real chocolate on them which you can have after week 2.
