Hi, looking for some advice please...
DC2 born 10 weeks ago, initially I was losing weight gradually but my weight is now creeping back up again. I’m very overweight at 13 stone and 5ft3. I’m BF so can’t really do fitness classes etc but I do walk a fair distance daily, and thought that I could do some exercise at home, so was wondering if any of you have used fitness DVD’s that you would recommend? I don’t have much fitness equipment but I do have an exercise ball and one of those balance discs already.
Will be combining my exercise efforts with SW so hoping I get the figures going down instead of up soon!
