I got a box of this while it was half price - but something is stopping me from starting it.
Has anyone had experience of using it?
At the end of the day it's just fibre I think.
Would love some opinions

Me and a work friend got some after seeing it advertised in an online newspaper. My friend's order arrived first and she found it gave her a bad tummy, but she is an over eater of unhealthy stuff and never follows any instructions properly. I was nervous after what my friend had said so followed it to the letter, I even set my timer so I didn't eat for 30 minutes but I also stayed upright for those 30 minutes, doing stand up and moving around chores. I had no adverse effects at all.

In one week I lost 3lbs. More importantly to me, I lost pretty much all of my bloat, in fact I spent quite a lot of time burping in those 30 minutes moving after I'd drank the stuff. I ate what I usually eat but less of it and apart from the odd square of chocolate occasionally I didn't eat between meals.

I do feel, for me, that it's partly psychological, in that I've paid £15 for the chance to lose inches so I'm not going to blow that by not considering what I'm eating. It's definitely the easiest 'diet' I've been on because no diet foods are involved, just less of the same and not bothering with treats. I'm now on my second box and have ordered two more to have in a few months (before my wedding).

It’s glucomannan, so you’ll be fine if you drink absolutely loads of water. I think it can clog you up otherwise.
