I desperately want to lose a few stone. I am thinking of doing a VLCD for 6-8 weeks to kick start weight loss, cut out all the bad bits and then start reintroducing on one of the fasting - either 16/8 or 5&2.
Does anyone have any advice or any experience of doing this? I feel if I get a good weight loss going that I will keep going rather than get disillusioned in early days of something not so quick.
