Need a crash diet

So I go on holiday in two weeks and was doing ok with a pre hols diet and upping the exercise until I fell and tore ligaments in my ankle. Now I'm basically immobile/hobbling and wondering how I'm going to maintain my current weight never mind lose a few more pounds.

Anyone been in a similar position? Any tips? Considering an iron mask but figure it would scare the kids..

Personally never been in this position try snacking on fruit and veg and three healthy meals a day just try cutting out the junk and loads of water I always find that helps me feel better when I feel a few extra pounds like I do right now Sad I hope this helps and I hope your ankle gets easier so you can enjoy your holiday.
