Anyone else do this? I'm following SW but constantly weigh myself at home and I can't seem to stop!

Nah, it's me too. I get on the scale at least 2x a day - now that I'm on a diet I constantly need to make sure I'm on the right track. My official weigh in is on Sat mornings, so that's how I measure progress. It's nice to see lbs going down though, in between. Not so nice if they go up though :)

No - I'm told I shouldn't weigh, but can't help myself, I mean what is it doing - keeps me on track!?

It's fine.
I do that once daily.
Why? Because my scale shows not only the stone and pounds but also the ounces. So if I had a regular scales that just showed st and lbs I might get disheartened but I can see the ounces counting down from 14 to 0 and I know I'm going to drop a pound the next day or the next day after that.
Obviously as soon as you start eating or drinking during the day those readings become meaningless but every morning first thing is fine.

Think I need to get some scales that show that as mine are just whole pounds and I do become disheartened. I started just weighing every morning but recently been weighing evenings too - urgh need to stop!

Genuinely it makes a difference.
For example, you could have

Day 1 - 10st 6lbs 13ounces
Day 2 - 10st 6lbs 9 ounces
Day 3 - 10st 6lbs 5 ounces
Day 4 - 10st 6lbs 1 ounce
Day 5 - 10st 5lbs - 13 ounes

But with a regular scale by the morning of Day 4 you could be all, 'Oh it's never going to drop a pound, it still says 10,6' and then eat rubbish and get all upset. But in reality you were just about to go down to the next pound.

Don't weigh evenings it means nothing, you must weigh yourself only first thing. Use the bathroom first then step on, before drinking any water, cup of tea or food. As soon as you take in any food/drink your reading becomes invalid. Hence evening weighing means nothing.

I'm also on SW and weigh once five times a day, although the ounces do tend to fluctuate quite a bit!!
