So ar work I don't eat breakfast have a small lunch ( salad) and eat normal low carb tea in the evening. No wine because of the early start. Lost 2 stone just by being at work.
One week into summer holiday and despite my "eat as if at work" plan, I have supplemented this with ice cream, the odd snack , fizzy drinks and nights out with wine EVERY night so far. I have put on 4Ilbs already!
How the heck can I get through the rest of the holiday. I have an AI cruise coming up in two weeks as well. Doomed.
