I keep doing this to myself. I have a perfectly on plan week then when it comes Friday, I lose my willpower and go off plan and start having a massive binge. Today, I was good until later... I've had a bag of walkers crisp (sharing size!), 4 Oreo ice cream sandwiches, a crisp and cheese sandwich, a toffee ice cream, a big bar of Wispa, and just scoffed another packet of prawn cocktail crisps... I can't believe I keep doing this! I have fresh fruit and vegetables in the fridge, I should be eating them! I have lost 4stone in a year and still have another stone and a half left to lose and I am just sitting here, feeling fat as fuck :( I need a big massive kick up my almost moon-size arse!
