Ive got six weeks to go till I am bridesmaid at my brothers wedding and I would love to try and lose some more weight before then.
Has anyone got any tips? I am averaging about 1500kcals a day and exercising at the gym twice a week. I am on medication for an overactive thyroid so my metabolism is not the fastest. I'm also kind of following a slimming world esque diet with lots of fruit and veg with increased protein and lower carbs. I'm trying for 2 litres of water a day. I've been on this plan for about 2 months and so far only lost 4lbs.
