Load of rubbish - I have tried the Garcinia Cambogia supplements before and it didn't make the slightest bit of difference.

To get into ketosis you need to reduce your carbs not take supplements.

I wonder if anyone can give me some advice re having a gastric band.
I’m 53, 5’2” and 13 stone, size 16 with a bmi of 33.
Until the age of 50 I was always a size 10 so am at a loss as to why I have put on nearly 4 stone in 3 years.

I’ve had thyroid test at the doctor and he says that’s fine - it’s just middle age spread.
I’m not greedy - I eat 3 meals a day and that’s it - all balanced and I would say at least fairly healthy with lots of fruit and veg.
I walk, play golf, do the allotment and garden etc and am basically fed up with getting bigger and bigger.
I have read of a few well known ladies having a band fitted with good results but if someone put there would be willing to answer a few questions I’d be very grateful Smile
