As of tomorrow I have nine weeks to my holiday. Currently 21lbs over what I would like to be and whilst I know I can't lose that in 9 weeks, I want to lose as much as possible.
Anyone want to join me on here to keep each other going?
No particular diet being followed, think I'll do a mix of SW and calorie counting. Also gonna try and get my 10,000 steps per day and do some exercise at least three days a week.
Hoping a thread on here we keep me motivated!
