I'm wondering whether this is a realistic challenge to undertake?
I'm currently around 13 stone dreaming of getting to 10.
365 divided by 42lbs = losing 1lb every 8 days
I can't decide whether to aim for 11 stone or 10! I need to get this weight shifted but don't want to ruin it by aiming high and being disappointed.
It's my birthday today and I've felt miserable looking at the photos taken of me
