Has anyone else done a VLCD without shakes? Milkshake makes me balk.
My plan is weeks 1-4 replace one meal with a bar
Weeks 5-8 replace two meals with bars, soups or exante products
Weeks 9-12, all three meals replaced.
I have 3 and a half stone to lose, obviously I won’t do that in three months but I need a kickstarter!
Anyone else done anything similar?
