Help with Low Carb/Hight Fat Please?

Hi, I need some help and advice on undertaking a low carb, high fat diet. I have some restrictions (More on that later.) but would really appreciate some help/advice.
For background, I started this year at just over 15 stone (Am 5 ft 6 and 1/2) and in February started a low calorie (1200 a day) diet. I managed to keep this up for a few months and lost 2 stone 3lbs. However, the last few months I just haven't been able to stick to it any more. I will last a few days to a week then cave one night and binge undoing all my hard work.
I've never considered a High fat low carb diet before because I'm a carb addict (I have carbs potatoes/pasta every .) but I would really like to lose another two stone. I have also found out you can have cream on this diet (I love cream! Grin ) and thought this would placate my sweet tooth. I have heard/read nothing but positives for this diet and would like to give it a try, however, I have a lot of restrictions. I'm a right PITA! :p

I'm a type 2 diabetic

I'm vegetarian, I eat a cheese (Cream/philadelphia, Bousin, a little mild chedder.) yogurts, butter, eggs but not cow's milk (I have Alpro Soya milk on my breakfast instead.) I like Linda McCarntneys food. I don't like Quorn.

I like salad (Cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, raddish, beetroot, spring onions, peppers but not celery.)

I like vegetables (Peas, sweetcorn, broccoli, baby carrots, cauliflower, courgette, potatoes, swede, ect.)

I like cashews, peanuts and pistachios.

I like some fruit, Golden Delicious apples, bananas, pears, grapes, raisins.

I eat weetabix with honey and soya milk for breakfast, I don't know if that's low carb?

Is chocolate low carb? (!Clutches at strwas. Grin )

I'm also a Salad Cream addict, have it with all my savory food. Please tell me it's allowed?! (I do also like mayo, Ketchup, Brown sauce, fruit sauce, mint sauce, too.)

Sorry this is so grabbled, just trying to write down anything I think is relevant! I have two other restrictions, I am agoraphobic and do my grocery shopping online either at Sainsburys (98% of the time.) and Asda, so anything I buy needs to be available online. I can also shop online at Holland and Barrett.

The other restriction I have is that I can't do much food prep or cooking (I told you I was a pain in the ass!). I'm OK boiling frozen veg/pasta/tinned potatoes and cooking stuff in the oven, and making a salad.

Is there any hope?! lol I'd really appreciate any help in coming up with a weeks menu. If anyone could point me towards a book, or website, or just gives me advice on here I'd be really grateful!
Thanks for reading!

Reducing empty carbohydrates for life is kind of the opposite of a crash diet Grin

I thought that was a very good programme. Glad it went out 'prime time'.
