I am officially the heaviest I have ever been. I am really short, 5 foot nothing and i weigh 13 stone 8. I can’t actually believe it. I’m going to start meal replacement shakes today to kick start things.
I need to cut out cakes, (completely) I have eaten 3 or 4 cakes this week. Totally disgusting.
I am going to drink water/fizzy water.
thank god it is summer as I can eat salads and not be too cold.
So two shakes a day with one meal. Fruit/veg sticks and humus for snacks.
I need to do this. Anyone want to join in?

Hello. Shakes might help you lose weight quickly but it's not sustainable. You need to do it slowly and healthily.

I'm doing SW and would recommend it as fairly easy sustainable program me. But if you do your plan just watch out for houmous - it's quite high cal . Good luck.

Crash diets don’t work because you can’t sustain restricted eating forever, so once you start to eat a bit more normally you’ll regain some of the weight.
Best to do it a bit more slowly but be able to keep it off for good, than to yoyo and keep having to diet every year.

I'm the same weight and height. I'm really struggling to make a start this time. It's not quite the heaviest I've been but not far off, it's very depressing. Please message me if
You would like support
