Binging in the evenings

I'm SO good in the day. I work full time, have a couple of boiled eggs for breakfast, soup and a roll for lunch plus a couple of apples during the day. All good. Very proud of myself.

Last night I get home at 545, 4 pieces of toast, an ice cream and a fajita?!

How can I stop this nonsense? I only have half a stone to lose so not too much but this binging is really getting me down.....

Eat more protein at lunch?

Have something in the cupboard at home to snack on whilst you make a proper meal. Nuts are good as high protein and some of the ones like salt and pepper cashews from marks and spencers are a real treat without derailing the diet.

Eat more in the daytime.

You're bingeing because you're starving yourself.
