So 4 weeks ago I started pushing myself - a holiday &imminent school reunion, laziness had taken hold!
I have been working out everyday and noticed a HUGE difference in my fitness and lethargy. I started cycling 5 miles and am now up to 20 ish. I'm also pushing myself when doing this so not a "lazy" bike ride, static bike so I've been increasing my resistance and my hr is definitely up whilst doing it!
I've also been logging into mfp and keeping to the 1200 calories + probably 300 extra to keep up with not "starving" myself with the exercise but still under the calories I would usually eat.
I stupidly didn't measure myself before starting so I've toned a tiny amount but haven't "lost" weight. I've gone down 4lbs but as I started at the beginning of my period and with "period" weight I technically haven't lost ANYTHING!
It's really frustrating and a little bit demoralising!
I've been eating "healthy" foods, grilled/baked and poached proteins, low carbs but not cut them out.
Am I ever going to see a weight change or am I naturally this weight? We aren't talking skinny here, I have plenty of weight to lose (currently 13stone!)
A bit of guidance would be super helpful!
Thanks
