I've lost just over 3 stone, am in size 10 clothing, 5ft 2inch. I'm considered overweight on the BMI scale but I don't want to be much smaller. My practice nurse says ignore the BMI.
Ive been trying to work my 'true weight on the dukan website calculator. I've been trying for 2 days now and it's not working. Any other way of working it out?? Or how do any of you see where you need to be on the scales?
I'm interested for health reasons rather than fitting into minni skinnies. Just interested to see what others do. Ta.
