Hi

Last night i joined Weight Watchers online and thought i would try The Core Plan. My job is really busy and thought the points would be too hard to fit in. But the more i read about the core it seems quite difficult to find all the info from the website. Although i do need to sit down tonight and have a good look at it as was a bit rushed.

Has anyone tried it and how did they get on? Any tips? Apart from the obvious don't eat so much cake!!!

It is the same as the old No Count plan, if you ever did that before? The basic idea is to make three meals a day from the list of 'free' foods, and have 21 points a week for treats, or to use on bread/alcohol/chocolate etc. It is a great plan if you like bulky food and don't snack between meals. If you do like to snack, buy loads of fruit and make some 'free' vegetable soup, otherwise you will go mad!
