Has anyone tried or even heard of this? The reviews look good on Drugs.com, seems very expensive, but also seems to work for most. Need to loose about 4 stone, but currently waiting out my post partum 6 weeks and trying to put a plan in place. Only thing making me pause is the cost and also some of the reported side effects.

Don't pay that much there are much cheaper alternatives, Burwash for one, although as you are talking about Euro's, you may not be in the UK, Burwash is £53 a pen plus some delivery charge.

I started Saxenda 6 days ago and on the lowest dose and have lost 5lbs already. I have to force myself to eat something, I just don't feel hungry at all. So far i'm very impressed. I do have a sore tummy where I'm injecting, as if someone's punched me in the stomach but I've read that is a side effect and will go. Smile

Hey hope this will still be active... I'm looking into saxenda because I need to lose around 5 stone and find it difficult to stick to just dieting alone. Can I ask, for those who has taken this, and has had successful weight loss with it, before you started taking this, did you used to ever eat when you weren't hungry or binge eat at times or snack loads when kids have gone to bed kinda thing? Also wondering how long folk have been on it for and how much you have lost so far if you wouldn't mind sharing?

Hi guys,
I’m new on this site. Reading your reviews has really helped me.
I’ve just ordered mine. Do you get the pen with it?

behindanothername · 16/06/2022 08:13

I was on saxenda last year and restarted recently after a 4 month gap, I have lost over 3stone so far over the year and only gained a couple of lbs in my gap

Bubblegum26 · 31/08/2022 21:58

Hi I start my 6 weeks course on the saxenda tomorrow can anyone tell me what happens after the 6 week course. If all goes well I would want more but if this turns out that I will need to go to the 3 dosage then this will cost me a lot of money. Not lucky enough to get it on prescription. Also if the lower dose works do I need to stick to the weekly dosage on the first 6 weeks or do I need to dose exactly what the instructions say ven if lower works. If you get what I'm saying 🤣

This is very expensive.. i lost 6 kilo in a week and half on it but have not lost a thing further in 6mths infact i have regained 4kilo.
Too expensive to continue with no further weight loss.
Im at a loss as of what to do now as im not considered obese and wasnt to begin with. I lost 40kilos on my own and was looking for help to shift the last 15kilo as i have not been able to for 2years now. I excercise everyday and do cardio 3 times a week.
Im a vegetarian and i dont eat rubbish at all but i jist cannot get rid of the last of my weight. Im not a candidate for the band . Ive tried every diet (vegetarian options for me) available to help move the last of my weight abd nothing works.
If anyone has any suggestions id really appreciate it.
Saxanda cost me $500 for 5 pens . Im not prepared to spend it again when the results arent there

I am currently in week 3. I have lost 14 pounds. The side effects have been minimal, and are a little stronger on a day that I increase dosage. The notable side effects are a light nausea when it is time to eat, or after a meal in which I have eaten more than I should. I am incredibly pleased with the results of this medication - https://healthеxpress.co.uk/saxenda
