Does anyone have tips for chocolate cravings?!?

Im trying to be healthy and loose weight but I am the biggest chocaholic going and I get really bad craings for it especially in the eveings.
Does anyone have any tips to overcome this (or atleast make it a bit bearable)

only buy really expesive green and blacks chocolate. It gets so all other chocolate tastes of vegetable oil and green and blacks is more expensive and harder to come by.

The higher the cocoa content the better....so, best get chocolate with a cocoa- content of 85% and above....less sugar in that, and you are less likely to eat overly much of it...

I've been eating mini Jaffa cakes for a chocolate fix the only thing is I can't just eat a couple I end up eating the whole bag

Home made popcorn.

Home made "ice cream". I blend some fruit, natural yoghurt and a little orange juice, freeze it and eat it at night, when my chocolate cravings are at their worst.

I LOVE the suggestion of eating naked in front of mirror.

Green and blacks dark choc, you hardly need any.
If you starve yourself of the thing you crave you will end up bingeing on it and then you're into the guilt cycle. (Speaking from my own experience!!)
