Exante Diet

I have around 10 stone to lose and although I've done well with SW before, I would really like to lose a good 4 stone for going on holiday in the summer and feel this would be a good way to do so.

Has anyone had experience of this diet? Is it safe? I'm a bit nervous over eating so few calories but my BMI is around 45 so I am at more risk of that I suppose.

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Yes I have. It's a VLC diet and incredibly restrictive and dull. That said, if you can stick to it it will produce good results. Sticking to it is hard.

You do need to speak to your doctor before starting it really. I'm about to do a month on it to shift some weight before starting IVF. I know it works well and fast for me, but maintenance is an issue.

I did this - and Lighter Life when I had more money. They both worked and I lost around 4 stone, but I did end up with gallstones from the hardcore dieting and ended up needing an op, which isn't uncommon I hear from the doctors, though I don't think there's any official info on it. Anyhow, guess I'm just saying don't overdo and maybe consider SW instead as it's worked for you before and is a healthier and more sustainable approach to weight loss. Good luck!
