Ok it's happened again. I have a fabulous holiday coming up and I haven't lost the weight slowly and sensibly as I should have. I know I'm in the wrong here.
How much could I possibly lose in eight weeks? I'm five stone overweight and mid fifties. I've just joined a training boot camp exercise thingy which I can do as often as I like each week. I have access to Cambridge packs, or I could do blood sugar diet, clean and lean, low carb etc - which?
Please help! Inspired a bit by a recent thread, my DH doesn't find me 'aesthetically pleasing', doesn't find me attractive and we haven't had sex for years. Literally. He loves me but hates the look of the fat. So do I, actually.
