I have been on several threads before and successfully have been losing weight (or at least not putting on more weight. I'm now 40+ years and it gets harder).
So I want to get back on the wagon and I'm looking for people to jump on and join me. Who wants to lose weight? Or at least be accountable?
If thats you, then please feel welcome to join me. I want to add a post once a week just an update and try to keep the thread going by encouraging others, and sharing the journey. Anyone can join. I am wanting to exercise again (prob starting with couch25k again) and eat within 1200 cals using MFP. I want to lose 15 pounds, which at this age I find really hard to lose a pound
Anyway use whatever system you like, and come join me as we head into summer. I am starting today
