Hi again, well, you do go through a lot of apples and possibly carrots, and then can add to that really,(cucumber, celery, broccoli, etc...I know, don't sound great, but it's worth a try..the sky is your limit, and you actually have more variety and choice then you's ever have wiht cereal and breads, lol...I mean, how many fruits and vegetables are there?) as and how you see fit...whatever you can get cheap, etc...!
I find, that making a Juice doesn't take much longer then say, making yourself Toast or Cereal...espeically if you use a centrifugal one that can take whole fruits, etc...i.e. has a wide chute.
Oh, and a Blender of any kind would come in handy, too
Thing is if you eat whole foods you will actually eat less, therefor it is kinda saving...!
I am a self confessed Chocoholic, but you know what, I don't really miss it now...and I actually had a lil piece of chocolate cake last week, aat my Fil Birthday, and where I usually would have been left wanting more, I didn't...the one piece was nice, I would lie to say it wasn't, lol, but it was far to sweet to have more...something unheard of before, honest....I am a person that would easily go through a Family sized Bar of Galaxy wihtin half an hour and would be able to eat more of the stuff....!
I must admit though, I read his Chocolate Buster Book, and that so didn't help...whilest reading it I was craving chocolate more then ever, and just ate it, till the cows came home, lol, and I didn't really feel the desire NOT to have it after reading it neither....but having done the Detox, I suppose really got the craving out of me, as it ridded my system of the stuff....sugar etc...will leave you wanting more...etc...it's all in the book and it does make complete sense!
You don't have to Juice, if you don't want to...just means you have to eat more fruit and vegetables...
