Hi Brains Trust! I was hoping someone might help....
I’ve lost 7.1kg/16 pounds since Christmas, but this is the start of a long road - I still have 5 times as much again to lose.
Since losing that amount though, I am starting to feel a bit more positive and have been trying to get out and walk most days. I’d like to add some weight-based exercises to this, but at this stage I am too unfit and too scared to go to a gym. I thought I could do a few at home for awhile, lose more weight and build up my general fitness, and then go to a gym.
The problem is......does anyone know any good exercises? The only one I can think of is arm dips on the edge of the bath (works the triceps, I think?)
