I'm 2 stone overweight, following surgery last autumn, and then Christmas.
I started on 1st Jan I gave up sugar, which I did for most of last year (and lost nearly 2 stone). I ran every day in January as part of a runuary challenge. And I've kept running 3-4 times a week.
But I've not lost anything. Not lbs or inches. I'm so fed up. I have very few clothes that fit, and I hate being this big.
I can't do 5:2 because of some medication I'm on, although it was successful when I did.
Any ideas?
